1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ImgSeo service. By purchasing credits or using the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with FOP Yaroslava Nyzovskaya.

2. Description of Service & Delivery

ImgSeo provides digital AI-powered image optimization.

• Delivery Method: The service is provided purely in digital form. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Timeline: Access to the optimization tools is instantaneous once credits are reflected in your balance.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments through our secure payment partner, WayForPay. You can pay using:

• Visa and Mastercard (Credit/Debit cards)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Other methods supported by the WayForPay gateway in your region.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. As the Service provides immediate digital access and incurs AI processing costs, we do not offer refunds, only in case of technical issue on our side.

• Cancellation: You may stop using the service at any time; however, remaining credits are not redeemable for cash.
• Refund Conditions: A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase only if the credits have not been used AND a technical error on our side prevented the service from being provided.
• Procedure: To request a refund or report a failed transaction, contact us at yaranizovskaya@gmail.com with your email address and order details.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to uploaded images. ImgSeo retains rights to its proprietary algorithms and website interface.
