2. Information We Collect

We collect your name and email address via Clerk to manage your account. For payments, WayForPay collects your billing details; ImgSeo does not see or store your full card numbers.

3. Image Processing & Storage

We utilize Google Gemini AI for image analysis.

• Storage: Images and results are stored for 30 days to allow you to download your assets.
• Deletion: All image data is automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. You may request manual deletion earlier via email.

4. Data Subject Rights

As a user, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by closing your account.
